The ideal candidate does not need extensive experience but must have a solid understanding of commercial painting scopes of work. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with the company.The Painting Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for:Reviewing and evaluating commercial painting projectsPreparing accurate and detailed cost estimatesManaging project budgets and schedulesOverseeing projects from pre-construction through completionCoordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teamsIdentifying potential risks, issues, or delays and proactively addressing themQualifications & SkillsExperience in commercial painting estimating and project management (no residential projects)Strong understanding of commercial painting scopes of workProficiency with PlanSwift estimating softwareWorking knowledge of Excel and other estimating toolsFamiliarity with commercial painting products, including:High-performance coatingsFloor sealersExterior coating systemsPaint brands and product specificationsKnowledge of OSHA standards and safety complianceExperience with Procore and other construction/project management software is a plusStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
