Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing and close new business deals
  • Manage daily client needs and ensure excellent service
  • Meet sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 2 years of inside sales experience (logistics/brokerage preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and goal-driven

Salary : $50,000 - $250,000
