Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new commercial and industrial clients
- Present customized janitorial and maintenance solutions
- Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and decision-makers
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM and report activity
- Travel locally across Portland and nearby WA/OR regions
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- 5 years of B2B sales experience (facilities, janitorial, or building services preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality with proven closing ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with senior stakeholders or national accounts preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable with regional travel
- Base salary from $60,000 commission
