Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will provide clinical supervision, design and oversee behavior programs, and guide staff and families to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or related delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental delays.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and create effective behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and train BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists, ensuring treatment fidelity and clinical quality.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
- Provide consultation and support to parents and caregivers to generalize learned skills at home and in the community.
- Monitor data collection, analyze progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain client schedules, conduct team meetings, and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA Certification required.
- Experience providing ABA services for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons or evenings.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (for in-person/hybrid roles).
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year monthly performance bonuses sign-on bonus.
