Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation of ABA programs
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to clinical team members
- Collaborate with families and staff to ensure consistent, quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in practice
- Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA (in good standing)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Work Setting: Primarily in-clinic, with occasional home-based support as needed.
