What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision, training, and support to Behavior Technicians
- Conduct assessments and interpret clinical data to guide treatment
- Modify environments and techniques to reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with families to ensure understanding and engagement in treatment
- Monitor client progress and advocate for their needs
- Ensure clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Hands-on experience with ABA therapy for children with ASD
- Strong clinical skills and professional judgment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred but not required)
