The associate will work closely with clients and project teams to navigate local and state government processes and provide strategic guidance on development risk and regulatory positioning. The attorney will be resident in either Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience practicing land use and zoning law
- Experience advising developers, property owners, and investors
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Admission to the Florida Bar required
