Responsibilities
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Advise employers on workplace policies, employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
- Defend employers in employment-related claims such as discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage/hour disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality memoranda and briefs.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive, practical legal guidance.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
- 2-5 years of litigation experience required; employment law experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle multiple matters independently and efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills.
