Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Providing administrative support to onsite staff within the onsite construction trailer.
- Managing supplies, taking care of material deliveries, record keeping, setting up meetings, catering if needed and general site project support.
- This admin resource would help take those administrative tasks off the project teams' plate to help them free up time.
- This position is part of a very strong, collaborative onsite team which affords this resource the opportunity to get to know the project team very well.
- Would be working on the construction site, they should wear closed toed shoes. Additional PPE will be provided if/when the resource goes out into the field.
- Standard hours 7:00 AM until about 3:30 PM.
- 5-7 years of a strong administrative background; filing, ordering/stocking supplies, meeting management, general office upkeep, etc.
- A willingness to be part of the team and seek out areas where they might be able to help.
- Looking for this resource to have enough experience to anticipate needs before they are needed.
- Experience working in a construction capacity or as part of a construction crew, providing administrative support vs [corporate] office work.
- Experience working with "blue collar" vs white collar would be helpful/preferred.
- Team player, willingness to help and provide service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office.
- SAP experience would be nice to have.
- Experience with SharePoint
