Responsibilities
- Provide financial control, reporting, and analysis for multiple DoD contracts
- Maintain, track, and update budgets, forecasts, and expenditures in accordance with contractual requirements and company policies
- Manage financial reporting, oversight, and program performance metrics
- Support Program Managers with labor planning, project status reviews, and variance analysis
- Generate monthly financial reporting packages and interface with internal finance and operations teams
- Maintain and analyze indirect rate structures to ensure accuracy in cost reporting and planning
- Serve as a Unanet SME for project setup, labor tracking, indirect allocations, and billing workflows
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Controller or Project Financial Analyst role supporting government contracts
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Unanet in a project control capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding and managing Indirect Rate Structures, including overhead, G&A, and fringe allocations
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Working knowledge of DoD cost accounting principles, FAR/DFARS, and Cost-Type, T&M, and FFP contract types
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
- Familiarity with DCAA requirements and audit support
