Synectic Solutions is currently recruiting for a Team Lead that will be responsible for performing, training, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on a vast array of bombs, missiles, weapons systems, test equipment and associated equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to type model series aircraft are the AH-1W, UH-1N, CH-53E, and MV-22B and utilize familiarization with the FA-18EF and the F-35B/C aircraft
- Provide on-site training (both formal classroom and on-the-job), logistics, and engineering, technical, and troubleshooting support for weapons systems integration for current and newly developed weapons systems
- This includes, but is not limited to providing comprehensive SME support in the areas of:
- (1) Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE)
- (2) Aircraft Guns Systems (AGS)
- (3) Aircraft Stores Management Systems (SMS)
- (4) Armament Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE)
- (5) Materials Handling Equipment (MHE)
- (6) Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE)
- (7) Test Equipment (TE)6nd any other associated equipment and components
- Perform handling, lifting, bending, and transporting procedures to accomplish the required tasking
- Stand in one place for extended periods while performing maintenance actions
- Execute maintenance actions are being performed on several weapons and weapons systems at the same time, which may require extensive walking and working in awkward positions
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen and have an US Passport
- BS Degree or at least 10 years of relevant experience
- At least five (5) years of recent and relevant experience with fixed wing aircrafts
- AH-1W
- UH-1N
- CH-53E
- MV-22B
- FA-18EF
- F-35B/C aircraft
