- Execute cable manufacturing operations, trains junior technicians, ensures build compliance, and supports QA inspections
- Perform standard cable build, soldering, and testing under supervision, ensuring adherence to IPC Class 3 workmanship standards
- Support assembly and testing processes
- Review schematics and other technical documentation
- Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment
- Communicate updates and technical issues to Lead
- U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Must have IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Specialist (CIS), J-STJ-STD-001 Certified Specialist (CIS) and Connector Assembly Qualification.
- Minimum 2-4 years of cable assembly experience
- Must have ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs
- Must be able to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders
- Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and harness build rework
- Capable of reading and following cable drawings and travelers
