What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics/Cable Technician position at Synectic Solutions, Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Execute cable manufacturing operations, trains junior technicians, ensures build compliance, and supports QA inspections.
- Perform standard cable build, soldering, and testing under supervision
- Support assembly and testing processes.
- Review schematics and other technical documentation.
- Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment.
- Communicate updates and technical issues to Lead.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must have IPC/WHMA-A-620 Operator-Level Training.
- Must have ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders.
- Exposure to crimping, soldering, and harness build rework.
- Capable of learning to read and follow cable drawings and travelers.
$25 - $28hr.
