Our challenge
We are looking for an UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, create seamless user journeys, and deliver high-quality designs that drive business outcomes.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Chandler AZ is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, workshops, and usability testing.
- Create user personas, journey maps, task flows, and information architecture.
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
- Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Advocate UX best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
