Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer with proven experience in the banking domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Chandler, AZ is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interface components using React.js best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional frontend code.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into solutions.
• Understand banking workflows and incorporate domain-specific requirements into the application.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a React.js Developer, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and API integration.
• Knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and security standards is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js.
• Awareness of banking compliance and security regulations.
