Our Challenge:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, React, Azure) and a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation, and AI-driven software engineering. The ideal candidate will define enterprise architecture strategies, lead modernization initiatives, establish technology governance, and drive the adoption of AI to accelerate software development, improve operational efficiency, and deliver intelligent business solutions.
The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business leaders, product teams, and engineering organizations to build scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions while enabling AI-powered innovation across the enterprise.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Warren, NJ is $125K-$135K/year & benefits (see below).
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
- Architect enterprise-scale solutions using .NET 8 , ASP.NET Core, React, and Microsoft Azure.
- Lead application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy .NET Framework applications to cloud-native microservices.
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technology best practices.
- Drive cloud adoption using Azure PaaS, Containers, Kubernetes, and Serverless technologies.
- Design scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, and technology evaluations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technology roadmaps.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Engineering teams.
- Champion DevSecOps, platform engineering, observability, and automation.
- Drive AI adoption across software engineering, architecture, and business processes.
