Our Challenge:

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with strong Business Analysis capabilities to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI solutions that align with business objectives. You will also analyze business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications to ensure successful project outcomes.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Warren, NJ is $110K - $120K /year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and project plans.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality for AI models.
• Evaluate AI models and optimize performance for scalability and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and business units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and analysis techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
