We’re seeking a Sales & Admissions Coordinator who can confidently guide families through the start of their care journey. In this role, you will guide prospective clients through the admissions process, ensuring each interaction is handled with clarity, compassion, and professionalism. You will be the welcoming voice that represents our programs, provides information, answers inquiries, and supports families through each stage of onboarding.
💼 Type: Temp-to-Hire
📅 Schedule: Weekend Shift (Friday - Monday)
💰 Compensation: Up to $25/hr base pay monthly incentives upon full-time conversion
📍 Location: On-site | Nashville, TN 37215
What You’ll Do:
- Be the warm, welcoming face of the admissions team—supporting clients and their families with empathy and clarity.
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate program information in a timely, compassionate manner.
- Guide families through paperwork and required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a trusted liaison, creating a smooth and supportive admissions experience from first contact to intake.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional service in all communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous clerical or admissions experience in healthcare/behavioral health (insurance verification a plus!).
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record systems.
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
