We are seeking a Sales & Admissions Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and their families for a leading healthcare organization. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, providing clear and accurate program information, and ensuring a professional, compassionate experience throughout the admissions journey.

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: Up to $26/hour base monthly bonus eligibility upon conversion
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and families, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries
- Communicate program offerings, admissions requirements, and next steps with clarity and accuracy
- Support the completion and processing of admissions documentation, ensuring compliance and attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient intake process
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Document communications and maintain accurate records within internal systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, admissions, intake, or administrative support, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health environments
- Experience with insurance verification is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with diverse populations in a professional and empathetic manner
