Digital Marketing Coordinator

We’re partnering with a fast-growing fashion/lifestyle brand to find a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is an exciting chance to join a collaborative E-Commerce & Marketing team supporting weekly product launches, digital campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels. Candidates with fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience will receive strong consideration.

💲 PAY: $25-30/hr

📍 LOCATION: Onsite

📅 DURATION: Temp-to-hire

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid social, web, and e-commerce channels

• Assist with weekly product drops, launches, and promotional campaigns, ensuring all assets and messaging are delivered on time and on brand

• Execute and manage email/SMS campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive

• Help maintain campaign calendars, launch timelines, reporting trackers, and marketing deliverables

• Partner closely with creative, photo, video, and design teams to support compelling brand storytelling and customer engagement

• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights related to engagement, retention, conversion, and customer behavior trends

• Support paid media efforts across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok platforms

• Assist with operational coordination and project execution in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1–3 years of digital marketing, e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, or campaign coordination experience

• Fashion, apparel, beauty, or consumer lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads

• Strong understanding of customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and digital campaign performance metrics

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

• Strong written communication, copy-editing, and creative collaboration skills

• Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills
