We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Channel Coordinator to support programming operations across a portfolio of classic TV and western streaming channels.
This role is ideal for someone who loves television, understands the streaming landscape, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a fast-paced content environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining channel schedules, supporting programming initiatives, monitoring performance trends, and ensuring content is accurately scheduled and merchandised across platforms.
Pay: $ 28.93/hr
Duration: 06/15/2026 to 12/21/2026
Location: Burbank, CA | onsite 5 days/week
Hours: 9am to 6pm
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain programming schedules across multiple linear and streaming channels
- Manage episodic content and channel scheduling within proprietary CMS platforms
- Support AVOD merchandising, promotional placements, and content updates
- Schedule pre-programmed live stream and episodic channels
- Time out special programming events, marathons, and channel stunts
- Review content catalogs and support content lifecycle management processes
- Track scheduling and programming data to support business decisions
- Monitor audience performance trends and weekly viewership metrics
- Analyze performance data, research, and content trends to support programming strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Content Operations, Partnerships, and other internal stakeholders
- Assist with reporting, workflow optimization, and special projects
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in digital media, streaming, programming, merchandising, editorial, content operations, or a related field
- Strong interest in television, film, streaming media, and pop culture
- Knowledge and appreciation of Classic TV and Western programming
- Experience working with CMS platforms, content management systems, or scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Airtable, Tableau, or similar reporting and workflow platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with programming data and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- General understanding of databases and content management workflows
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems and scheduling tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting FAST channels, AVOD platforms, streaming services, or digital content programming
- Background in channel scheduling, content merchandising, programming operations, or media planning
- Familiarity with audience analytics and content performance reporting
