EFFECTIVE: September 4, 2025

BASE PAY |$25.50/hour

This is the starting pay for this Project Lead Technician position. All other pay raises are applied on top of Base Pay using the Technician Pay Scale. Base pay will be re-evaluated by SyncWave annually. Any increases in the published cost of living will be considered by SyncWave, and adjustments upwards may be made to Base Pay to account for increases in the cost of living.

Technician Level Pay | $0.50 - 2.50/hour or greater

Completing skill-based training for Technician levels I through III allows for this raise. When advancing from one level to the next, the pay raises do not add to each other. A Technician advancing from Technician I to Technician II would receive a total raise above Base Pay of $1.50/hour, not $2.00/hour.

  • Technician I 0.50 enhancement over Base Pay
  • Technician II 1.50 enhancement over Base Pay
  • Technician III 2.50 or greater enhancement over Base Pay, based upon skills

Those who climb towers will receive a separate pay rate for the time spent climbing a SyncWave distribution tower that will be $38.00/hour. SyncWave shall limit the climb team to six (6) members. This is subject to change.

Added Initiative Variable | evaluated each year

A Technician who demonstrates exemplary initiative beyond their normal job duties may be rewarded by an increase in pay. This possible raise will be considered on a yearly basis and will be based on the Technician’s performance for the entire year.
