Within OCI managing different tenants that support oracle products, ERP fusion and Accounting Foundation which are hosted in different tenants and different environments between the two that need to be managed, security related to each of those.

What is the current resource's day to day activities?
This varies. For The client, OCI infrastructure is new and there is a new process of implementing new products that are in flight. These products have nuances as part of the upgrades and weekly changes. Part of implementation will be the ideal activity including the applications.
What are the skills the potential resource needs to have?
This will also vary extensively. The client is still new to OCI and we will have a better grasp with more time.
What OCI is, according to Oracle has changed about three times in the last three years and constantly changing new infrastructure
Ideal skill would be to understand the bells and whistles of what The client is implementing on SaaS and PaaS including the applications in here
Critical thinking regarding the OCI environment and The client environment is key
Skill of understanding the products as part of the applications as part of the OCI (which hosts Oracle products),
Understanding and knowledge of the prebuilt apps that are constantly changing
Understanding of business impacts to The client and our infrastructure
Examples of areas
Business Continuity planning

Tenants and EPM
Whitelisting
Whitelisting can break, resource needs to understand if they touch something what it will break and also know what the disruption could be.
