This is a fully onsite role at our Miami Location.
We are looking for a Quality Lead in Miami, FL who will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of processes. This role also supports the process auditors by addressing auditing issues, containment of quality issues, development of corrective actions, FAI requests, and any other tasks directed from Syncreon management.
About the Role
How you will contribute
- Perform duties in accordance with related quality regulations.
- Perform work in accordance with fire-, accident-, and work safety regulations.
- Update charts on team boards.
- Participate in training.
- Clean and organize tools and equipment.
- Prepare quality documentation.
- Participate in weekly in-house quality inspections and audits by planning and conducting audits, preparing reports, and coordinating corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly external customer audits.
- Other duties as assigned
Your Key Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Experience in quality within a supply chain/logistics environment.
- Computer literate.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
