Join SyncNurse as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) on a PRN basis. Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions, medications, and therapies following physician orders with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and evaluation of treatment responses.
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion procedures, medication management, and safety protocols to promote independence and confidence.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within SyncNurse's custom EMR
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications related to infusion therapy, responding promptly with appropriate interventions.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing; prior experience in home infusion nursing preferred.
- 2 years nursing experience required
- Strong knowledge of IV insertion, catheter care, aseptic technique, and medication administration.
- Experience in an ED, ICU, Oncology, Infusion Center are very helpful but not strictly required.
- Ability to work independently in home environments while maintaining high standards of infection control and safety protocols.
