Serves patients administering vaccines on behalf of Synchrony Pharmacy at Clinics.
Hours: 1st shift - PRN - TRAVEL SEASONAL ROLE

- Hiring for upcoming flu season
- Prepares and assists in the administration of vaccines.
- Administering vaccines on behalf of Synchrony Pharmacy.
- Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counseling patents on drug therapies.
- Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Food and Drug Administration
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control protocols.
- Travel including overnight stay as necessary.
- Meets Expectations of Excellence for position.
- Supports campuses, departmental goals and the overall objectives of the Company.
- Complies with all laws, regulations and standards of ethical conduct.
- Performs all job duties with a friendly positive and team-oriented approach.
- Maintains required licenses or certifications in good standing with the State.
- Complies with all Company policies, procedures, rules and standards
- Degree in Nursing, ADN, Diploma, B.S. or M.S.N. degree from an NLN accredited college or university.
- Current unencumbered registered nursing license in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Five (5) years’ experience in a pharmacy environment preferred. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
- Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
