Role Summary/Purpose: The Modern Workplace Program Manager will lead planning and execution of workplace and digital workforce initiatives that support Synchrony?s US Hub Strategy and HR technology readiness programs (including Intern and BLP readiness). This role manages cross-functional workplace special projects spanning facilities/workplace services, AV/desk deployments, decommissions, technology transitions, and onboarding/offboarding logistics. The Program Manager drives end-to-end progra
