Job Detail
Our Housekeepers play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and well managed home. They are responsible for daily household upkeep, laundry, meal preparation, household organization, inventory management, and coordinating basic home maintenance.
We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented, and proactive professional who takes pride in creating a comfortable and organized home environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, works independently, and consistently maintains a high standard of quality.
General Responsibilities
- General home organization and daily resets.
- Laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes.
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen.
- Prepare meals, including hot dinner on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Monitor and restock household supplies.
- Maintain household organization systems.
- Coordinate household maintenance and service appointments.
- Prepare the home for guests or gatherings.
- Identify and communicate household maintenance needs.
- Provide additional household support as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping or household management experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and professional.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Schedule
Part-time (24 hours/week)
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A 1-hour lunch break is included each day.
Hiring Criteria & Details
- Older female preferred.
- Empty nester preferred.
- Must live in Windermere or Winter Garden, FL.
- Must speak, read, and write English.
- Independent Contractor.
- $25/hour, paid monthly on the 5th for the previous month's hours.
- Looking for a long-term, consistent household professional.
- Work Location: In person
