Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Welcome customers in person and provide polite, professional assistance
- Answer questions, help customers find the information they need, and guide them through available services
- Support customers with basic account or service enquiries at the front desk
- Manage check-ins, appointments, or walk-in requests depending on business needs
- Keep customer areas organised, clean, and well-presented
- Handle simple administrative tasks such as forms, documents, and basic record-keeping
- Communicate clearly and calmly in busy or high-traffic situations
- Direct customers to the appropriate team member when additional support is needed
- Contribute to a friendly, positive atmosphere and consistently deliver great service
About You
You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, or a similar face-to-face role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
