We’re expanding our team in the Parma area and hiring full-time Customer Engagement Representatives.
This is an in-person role supporting in-store promotions and customer interaction inside major retail locations. No experience is required, all training is provided.
Position Summary
Customer Engagement Representatives assist with promotional displays, greet shoppers, and provide basic product information. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people and want stable weekly pay in a retail-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and answer simple product-related questions
- Support promotional setups inside retail locations
- Share information about current offers and assist with sign-ups or inquiries
- Maintain organized event displays throughout the shift
- Follow daily guidelines and collaborate with team members to meet activity goals
Compensation & Schedule
- $500–$600 per week base pay
- Additional performance bonuses
- Weekly pay schedule
