We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This position will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, gait abnormalities, cervical spine injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based rehabilitation focused on restoring mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance
- Treat patients experiencing TBI, concussion, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, gait abnormalities, whiplash-associated disorders, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design and implement individualized therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, vestibular rehabilitation, and balance training programs
- Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, speech-language pathologists, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery expectations
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical evaluation and rehabilitation skills
- Experience with neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, balance rehabilitation, or orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
