Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing neurology team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in neurology, a strong clinical foundation, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Candidates with multi-state licenses or out-of-state licenses are highly encouraged to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and evaluations.
- Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions under physician supervision and within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with neurologists, primary care providers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
- Participate in follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EMR systems.
- May assist in hospital rounds, telemedicine, or in-office procedures depending on setting.
- Qualifications:Valid and unrestricted Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or ability to obtain).
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and diagnostic skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
