Responsibilities:
- Order, organize, and ship marketing materials and promotional items
- Track inventory and maintain supply levels
- Assist with administrative projects and data entry
- Help coordinate office organization and daily operational tasks
- Support team members with miscellaneous administrative duties
- Run occasional office errands and assist with special projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
