Responsibilities:
- Review and implement recommendations from the Dell Boomi platform assessment.
- Perform platform health checks and remediate performance, security, and integration issues.
- Optimize Boomi processes, APIs, monitoring, and error handling.
- Administer AtomSphere deployments and production environments.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to prioritize remediation efforts.
- Document solutions and establish Boomi governance and best practices.
- Provide on-call ("break-glass") support for critical integration incidents.
Required Skills:
- At least 2–3 years performing Integration Architect exp
- 8 years of Dell Boomi development and administration.
- Strong experience with AtomSphere, REST/SOAP APIs, integration architecture, and deployment management.
- Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and web services.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Dell Boomi Certification.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, LMS, or Education technology integrations.
