You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and quality professionals to help ensure our products meet internal standards and customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support quality assurance activities across production and engineering.
- Assist with maintaining quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions
- Support inspections and help identify non-conforming materials or products
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
- Assist with data collection and reporting for quality metrics and KPIs
- Support internal audits and help ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assist with reviewing production processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Help document and track quality issues, including defect trends and resolutions
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams
- Take on additional projects that support quality and continuous improvement initiatives

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Interest in quality systems, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of quality concepts (inspection, root cause, process improvement) is a plus
- Exposure to tools such as FMEA, SPC, or similar methodologies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
