Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in network engineering to lead and oversee critical IT infrastructure and networking projects. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in networking, combined with proven project management expertise and a PMP certification. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for network engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee design, deployment, and optimization of LAN, WAN, VPN, and network security projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on networking experience (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent technologies).
- Strong knowledge of network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and security principles.
- Proven experience in managing IT/networking projects in medium to large-scale environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Prior experience working with vendors and managed service providers.
