Responsibilities:
- Answer phones / emails.
- Office walk-in customer service.
- Prepare Aliyot books for Shabbat & Holidays.
- Create and put up weekly prayer and class schedules.
- Create and put up signs and posters.
- Help with food shopping.
- Take deliveries.
- Help Rabbi with emails etc.
- Mail & Post Office.
- Collect weekly money from charity boxes. Sort and roll coins via coin machine. Exchange in the bank.
- Take food & dry goods inventory.
- Set up Rabbi's weekly class.
- Print learning materials for Rabbi's classes.
- Communicate with cleaning Staff.
- Process monthly credit card pledges.
- Help with raffle data entry and billing.
- Miscellaneous errands.
