POSITION SUMMARY
-
Prepares and serves food and beverages in the cafeteria. Prepares some small grilled items including breakfast and lunch. Uses proper procedures for collecting money for food, beverages and credit card sales. Responsible for setting up the cafeteria, and stocking, rotating, labeling and dating all supplies. Responsible for meal charges and documentation. Cleans and maintains all counters, steam wells, sinks and other equipment in the cafeteria. Is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing caf├⌠items, trays, utensils, etc., through dish machine. Put stock and deliveries away as needed
