What you will do
• Improve daily workflows and support task execution across teams
• Maintain data accuracy across systems
• Analyze operational data and identify trends or risks
• Be accountable to KPI reporting and operational scorecards
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to move tasks forward
• Support projects including requirements gathering, testing, and rollout
• Contribute to knowledge management and resource libraries
What we are looking for
• 2 years in business operations, project coordination, customer operations, or similar work
• Clear communicator; strong written and verbal skills
• Comfortable with business platforms like CRM, ticketing, or project tools
• Strong organizational skills and follow through
• Curious thinker who is confident asking questions and recommending solutions
• Professionalism and reliability; able to manage competing priorities
• Good instincts for process, data accuracy, and structured problem solving
Nice to have
• Experience with SOP or workflow development
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like Odoo
• Exposure to telecom, technology, managed services, SaaS, or related industries
• Process improvement experience (Lean or Six Sigma is a plus but not required)

Benefits and Salary Range
Benefits after 90 days employment period. Health benefits through Blue Care Network with 3 plans to choose from (Plan 1 - HSA 3300 - individual premium 100% employer covered), (Plan 2 - HSA 1650 - Individual premium 90% employer covered), (Plan 3 - BCN $500 deductible - Individual 80% employer covered). Spouse and Children are covered 65% by employer. 401k plan with employer match. PTO for vacation and sick time 3 weeks.
