Role Description
The position is a department lead role with the ability to grow into a Manager position and higher as the company grows. The Revenue Operations Analyst (ROA) is a critical role responsible for driving structure, execution, and accountability across the organization. Working closely with the Technical Operations Analyst, this role translates operational strategy into consistent, scalable execution across all departments.
As the central coordination point for operational rhythm, the ROA ensures priorities are organized, implemented, and adopted company-wide. This individual brings visibility to progress, reinforces accountability, and aligns teams to execute effectively.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives in building structure within a growing organization. Success will be measured by improved visibility, consistent execution, and the ability to scale through standardized processes.
Key Deliverables
- Drive execution of company priorities by tracking progress, ownership, deadlines, and outcomes in partnership with Technical Operations
- Document, organize, and maintain standardized SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability
- Establish and manage meeting cadence, including agendas, action items, and follow-through
- Coordinate dashboards and reporting by aligning data, metrics, and business priorities
- Ensure system adoption and data integrity within Odoo to support visibility and decision-making
- Support revenue operations by improving coordination between sales, operations, and service delivery
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks
- Develop and manage a structured onboarding program to accelerate new hire productivity
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, revenue operations, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to hold others accountable professionally
- High attention to detail with the ability to create structure, standardize workflows, and ensure consistency
- Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM/ERP systems such as Odoo or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
