Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of Symplast’s next-generation solutions. This role requires a proven product leader who can translate market insights into a compelling roadmap, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver products that drive measurable value for our clients. You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to launch and adoption, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive market research and analysis to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable product initiatives.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and iteration.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
- Operate within an Agile framework, writing clear user stories, managing sprints, and facilitating ongoing refinement sessions.
- Partner with marketing and sales to craft effective go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and enablement content that drive adoption and growth.
- Analyze performance metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Provide thought leadership to both internal teams and external stakeholders, serving as an evangelist for Symplast’s solutions.
- Mentor junior product managers, contributing to the growth of the product organization.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
- Industry experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or medspa strongly preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
