We handle small cases, big cases, and in-between cases and have the flexibility to adjust our services to meet our clients’ needs. We are searching for an entry level immigration paralegal to add to our team.
About Us

We have an answering service for our calls so that we can focus on our client’s cases and getting things done. Once a month we close the office to clients so that we can focus on our work. Your duties include:
- Communicating with clients on the phone and via email
- Gathering documentation to support the benefit applications
- Creating a package for immigration that complies with federal instructions
- Filing the immigration package
- Follow up with clients to obtain documentation
Experience & Requirements:
- Spanish or Portuguese speaker is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Proficiency in Outlook and Word
- Knowledge of Docketwise is preferred but not required
- Works well under pressure
- Immigration paralegal experience, is a plus, but not required
- Relevant associates or bachelor’s degree is also preferred.
