Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHRO, you will:

• Create compelling, high-quality content across channels — including emails, newsletters, intranet, presentations, video, and storytelling pieces — that inform, inspire, and connect employees.
• Shape and execute the communications strategy for our divisions (e.g., Financial Crime, Retail), including intranet updates, divisional All Hands, and company-wide meetings.
• Partner closely with executives to craft high-impact communications such as speeches, presentations, and toolkits that amplify leadership voice and vision.
• Develop and maintain narrative frameworks that drive message consistency across audiences, mediums, and all brand touchpoints.
• Curate and advance the internal brand strategy to ensure communications reflect and reinforce our culture, values, and identity globally.
• Lead internal communications for global initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, engaging, and tailored to local audiences.
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to personalize, optimize, and scale communications for greater impact.
• Manage the company’s presence and responses on platforms such as Glassdoor, ensuring timely, balanced, and brand-aligned engagement that positively shapes external employer perception.
• Continuously gather feedback and metrics to refine communication strategies, enhance message resonance, and drive employee engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8 years demonstrated experience in communications (internal, executive, marketing, PR, or related) global position.
• Experience in SaaS, technology or other rapidly growing industries highly desirable.
• Track record of supporting senior leaders with messaging and presentations.
• Experience with global audiences and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Skilled in HR-focused internal communications in a global context, designing strategies that enhance engagement, enable change management, and support organizational objectives worldwide.
• Strong command of communication channels and platforms, knowing when and how to use each.
• Proficiency in communication and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage communication programs from concept through delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, and time management skills.
• Personable, collaborative, and committed to representation of diverse perspectives.
  
  

This role requires on-site collaboration three days per week at our Palo Alto headquarters.

The base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 reflects the expected low and high end for this position. The base salary is one component of SymphonyAI’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation includes a bonus program, and possible stock options. In addition, SymphonyAI provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and Flex Time Off.
