We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Leader to drive targeted growth for our Financial Services division. You’ll own three core areas—Precision Demand Generation, Strategic Content, and Product Marketing—focused on a specific set of high-value named accounts across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

Precision Demand Generation

  • Account-Based Campaigns: Oversee outreach to strategic named accounts in reach each region, designing hyper-targeted plays that hit 5-10 key personas in each account—intent-driven digital ads, executive workshops, LinkedIn engagement and sales-embedded activations—to spark first meetings and build pipeline.
  • Data-Driven Coaching: Mentor our demand-gen team out of broad-tactics plays with agile experiments (rapid A/B tests, persona-level insights) and rigorous performance analysis to refine messages and offers in real time.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate deeply with Sales and Regional Leads on account plans, coordinated outreach cadences, and clear metrics for meetings set, engagement rates, and pipeline impact.

Strategic Content

  • Persona-Centric Assets: Lead content and PMM resources to develop persona-specific materials—case studies, solution briefs, journey maps—that directly address each buyer’s needs.
  • Campaign Enablement: Map content to each stage of the buying conversation and equip Sales with turnkey playbooks, pitch decks, and demo scripts.
  • Thought Leadership: Drive original research, whitepapers, and webinars that position us as the AI partner of choice in financial crime and compliance.

Product Marketing

  • Playbook Development: Work side-by-side with Sales to create account playbooks, competitive battlecards, and one-pagers that showcase our vertical AI advantage.
  • Sales Integration: Embed in deal cycles—lead training sessions, refine pitch frameworks, gather seller feedback—to ensure rapid rep ramp and continuous message refinement.
  • Launch Excellence: Own go-to-market planning for new product releases—coordinate readiness across Product, Services, and Enablement, and drive internal certification programs.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Build a market-informed culture by leading continuous research into customer needs, market trends, and competitive movements. Ensure insights directly inform product strategy, sales plays, and campaign focus.
  • Analyst Relations: Elevate our presence with key industry analysts, ensuring strong positioning in evaluations and ongoing influence in shaping category perception.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Architect enablement programs that drive field readiness across direct and partner channels. Deliver messaging, pitch decks, competitive plays, and tools that drive engagement and win rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 8 years in B2B enterprise marketing with a blend of account-based demand programs, content strategy, and product marketing.
  • Account Focus: Proven success running highly targeted campaigns against named accounts and driving measurable pipeline impact.
  • Cross-Functional Leader: Strong collaborator who thrives in a matrix environment—able to influence Sales, Product, Services, and Regional teams.
  • Data & Agility: Expert in setting up rapid experiments, analyzing performance, and applying insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Communication: Exceptional storyteller and presenter—comfortable with C-level audiences and internal training sessions.
  • Mindset: Self-starter, coach, and operator who can mentor teams, roll up sleeves, and drive both strategy and execution.
