Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive dental care with the support of an experienced clinical team.
- Provide services primarily for patients aged 3–21, with up to 30% adult patient population.
- Participate in daily team huddles to plan and coordinate care and recognize team achievements.
- Help promote a positive, welcoming office atmosphere through community engagement.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by managing an average daily flow of:
- 10–12 operative patients
- 20–25 hygiene patients
- Utilize advanced dental technology and tools, including:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Collaborate with a supportive staff consisting of hygienists, hygiene assistants, and dental assistants.
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management protocols with annual training provided.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Active, valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and DEA registration.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (if practicing in LA, MS, DC, TX, or MA).
- Passion for providing dental care to a diverse patient base, including children.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric or family dentistry is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are highly valued but not required.
