Requirements
- Successful completion and certification from an accredited Orthodontist Residency Program.
- Graduate of an accredited dental school.
- Current, active California State Dental License or the proven capability to secure this necessary license by the employment start date.
- Possession of all required professional certifications, including CPR and NPI.
