We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Services team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 7-bed emergency unit, adhering to professional standards and hospital policies.
• Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, collect specimens, and carry out other necessary medical interventions.
• Accurately document all patient care and interventions in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and elimination.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge planning, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Assess and address patient and family learning needs, providing education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid RN license and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
