What We Offer

  • A highly appealing first-year total earnings potential between $91,000 and $106,000, including a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 and potential for up to $6,000 in monthly performance-based earnings annually.
  • A stable, predictable work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, supporting consistent work-life integration and free evenings.
  • The flexibility of one work-from-home day per week, contingent upon role eligibility and performance metrics.

  • Access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan featuring a company match of up to 4%, vested after one year of service.
