Symphony Risk Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced and committed individual to join our team as a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely cash application of premium check payments to client (insurers) accounts.

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively regarding payments and cash receipts.
- Review Checks and ACH payments to apply payments correctly.
- Perform remote bank deposits.
- Print and mail premium and claims checks.
- Prepare client aging / receivables report.
- Review and audit statements to see if items are billed and communicate with corresponding team members.
- Process employee expenses for reimbursement.
- Assists in problem solving / resolution.
- Assist in monthly accounts current reports.
- Assist with monthly and year-end close-out procedures and records.
- Scan and file documents securely and in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit or stand at a desk. Must be able to physically operate desktop computers, multiple monitors, proprietary software, phones, and common office equipment. Occasional bending, reaching, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs.) is required.
The ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate by telephone and in person is important to fulfilling the essential functions of the job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
This position is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in our San Francisco, CA office and 2 days remote, after applicable training is complete. Occasionally working after hours may be required to meet the demands and deadlines associated with the position. The work environment involves the use of typical office equipment such as a computer, printer, telephone, etc. in a controlled climate.
