What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and support the Memory Care team while building a positive, accountable culture
Oversee resident care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory compliance
Use your clinical knowledge to support high-quality, individualized resident care
Partner with families, healthcare providers, and team members throughout each resident’s memory care journey
Bring personalized memory care to life through the Best FriendsTM Approach
Support engaging programs and experiences that create connection and purpose
Manage departmental operations, budgets, and staffing
Help keep the Memory Care neighborhood welcoming, organized, and running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Nebraska required
2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience working with seniors; memory care experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, OSHA standards, and safety practices
A compassionate, approachable, and accountable leadership style
Comfort with computers and technology
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and step in when needed
